Our office uses AutoCAD Land Development Desktop and/or Civil 3D and/or Architectural Desktop as a tools for production of project drawings.  As such, computer files are considered works-in-progress, and may not contain all the information found on the final drawings.

The computer files may contain non-standard fonts, and line types and weights may vary from those on the printed copy.  Please contact our office in the event you find missing fonts or encounter other errors.

If a discrepancy is found between the computer file and the hard copy, the hard copy shall prevail.  Drawings and computer files are to be considered instruments of service, and as such, their use is restricted to the project for which they were developed.
